¡Hola de nuevo! ¿Qué tal las Pascuas y las vacaciones? Nosotros aún seguimos adaptándonos a esta ciudad y a su clima tan cambiante, porque pese a que entramos ya a la primavera, esta ciudad siempre está llena de polvo y es muy indecisa en cuanto a temperatura y corrientes de aire 〴⋋_⋌. No importa que te estés asando bajo el sol, si te mueves a la sombra un viento frío recorrerá tu espalda segurito ლ（´∀`ლ） (#FuckLogic con el clima indeciso). Estos cambios tan drásticos de temperatura nos exponen muchísimo a enfermedades respiratorias (especialmente mi pobre marido que le dan alergias terribles), por lo que comenzamos a tomar té verde nuevamente como una forma de fortalecer nuestro sistema inmunológico (se los recomiendo muchísimo para estas épocas difíciles o si quieren adquirir una carga de energía 10 veces más potente que la del café y sin tantos daños a nuestro estómago).

These drastic temperature changes expose us to a lot of respiratory diseases (especially my poor husband who has terrible allergies), so we're drinking green tea again as a way to strengthen our immune system (I recommend them a lot for these difficult times or if you want to acquire a charge of energy 10 times more powerful than coffee and without so much damage to our stomach).

El empaque es simple pero efectivo. Es una botella larga de color verde con un dispensador de plástico grueso (de los que se tienen que presionar para bombear el contenido). La botella no trae ningún termoplástico que la envuelva o alguna protección especial, su única "seguridad" de que no se derramará es que el dispensador se enrrosca para hacer una especie de presión, pero aún así se llega a desperdiciar producto (lo pedí 2 veces y en una de ellas me llegó un poco derramado ˇ︿ˇ).

Los tonos verdes y cafés de las letras impresas en el producto se ven en la parte frontal y trasera, además de una pequeña descripción de la función de esta loción corporal.


The packaging is simple but effective. It is a long, green coloured-bottle with a thick plastic dispenser (which you must press to pump the content). The bottle doesn't have any thermoplastic wrapping it or any special protection, its only "security" is that the dispenser is threaded to make a kind of pressure, but even so you could waste product during shipping (I ordered it twice and at one of them I got a little spilled ˇ︿ˇ).

The green and brown tones of the letters printed on the product are seen on the front and back, as well as a brief description of the function of this body lotion.

En la parte trasera vienen en hangul e inglés las instrucciones de uso, ingredientes, precauciones, cantidad y vida de anaquel.


In the back, the instructions for use, ingredients, precautions, quantity and shelf life come in Hangul and English.

Like in most of its products, Innisfree places the "Natural Benefits from Jeju" long label near the opening of the bottle, although I believe that this doesn't have any function to close the bottle (and it wasn't the only one, since I bought 2 times this same lotion and in both the label was placed like this):

At the bottom is marked the expiration date in English and some symbols in Hangul.

 Después de remover el agua de su cuerpo, bombear 3-4 veces la loción en las palmas de las manos y suavemente esparcir mientras se masajea todo el cuerpo, después de la ducha. Después de aplicarlo por completo, dar palmaditas suavemente para que se absorba en la piel.

After wiping off water, pump 3-4 times of lotion into your palms and gently smooth it over your entire body as you massage, after shower. After applying thoroughly, gently pat to absorb into your skin.

Después de leer el post de Evelyn sobre la última loción corporal que había estado probando, recordé que yo no estaba usando ninguna y que era un producto esencial ya que, a diferencia de mi rostro grasoso, mi cuerpo es muy seco en algunas partes como brazos, manos, piernas y pies (#FuckLogic ahora con mi cuerpo indeciso ಠ益ಠ). Había tratado algunas cremas y lociones del supermercado pero me di cuenta que sólo me dejaban esa sensación grasosa que es molesta, no sólo porque sientes la piel demasiado cargada, sino que es como si te vertieras aceite de coches y esperaras a que te hidratara totalmente. Entonces comencé a buscar y encontré que biz-inside, uno de mis vendedores favoritos en eBay, estaba haciendo una subasta por esta loción. ¡$10 dólares por 300 ml se me hizo una super ganga! Por fortuna gané la subasta y la recibí en dos meses aproximadamente (esta es la botella que les comenté que llegó derramada). Como me resultó demasiado el tiempo de espera, surgió una oportunidad de comprarla en un Shopping Service de From Soko To Tokyo y me la enviaron más rápido (de hecho llegó más rápido que la que había pedido un mes antes en eBay), esta vez sin la sorpresa de tener menos producto por derrames.

Dentro de los primeros ingredientes (y al que le debe el nombre la loción corporal) encontramos el extracto de hoja de Camellia sinensis, originario de la planta del té (de donde se obtiene el té verde, para ser más precisa), que no sólo tiene propiedades antioxidantes para combatir los radicales libres (y por tanto, retrasando el envejecimiento de manera más eficaz), sino que además aumenta el efecto de humectación cuando se aplica de forma tópica, mejorando la textura de la piel. Los demás ingredientes principales están compuestos de acondicionadores, emulsificadores y controladores de la viscosidad. Ya de entrada, el té verde suena como algo prometedor.

A pesar de que el envase es de color verde, la loción es de color blanco. Cuando bombeas el dispensador hasta el tope sale demasiada, así que les recomiendo que vayan de a poquito para no desperdiciarla.


After reading Evelyn's post about the last body lotion she had been trying, I remembered that I wasn't using any of them and that was an essential product since, unlike my greasy face, my body is very dry in some parts like arms, hands, legs and feet (#FuckLogic now with my indecisive body ಠ益ಠ). I had tried some creams and lotions from the supermarket but I realized that they only left me that greasy and annoying sensation, not only because you feel your skin is too heavy, but it is as if you were pouring car oil and waiting for it to hydrate you completely. Then I started searching and found that biz-inside, one of my favorite eBay sellers, was doing an auction for this lotion. $10 dollars for 300 ml was a super bargain! Fortunately, I won the auction and I received it in about two months (this is the bottle I told you about that I received spilled). Since the waiting time was too long, there was chance to buy it at a From Soko To Tokyo's Shopping Service and they sent it to me faster (in fact, it came faster than the one I had ordered a month earlier on eBay), this time without the surprise of having less product due to spills.

Among the first ingredients (and to which we owe the body lotion name) we find the Camellia sinensis leaf extract, originally from the tea plant (from which green tea is obtained, to be more precise), which not only has antioxidant properties to combat free radicals (and therefore, delaying aging more effectively), but also increases the moisture effect when applied topically, improving the texture of the skin. The other main ingredients are composed of conditioners, emulsifiers and viscosity controllers. From the start, green tea sounds like something promising.

Although the package is green, the lotion is white. When you pump the dispenser to the top it comes out too much, so I recommend that you push a little bit to avoid wasting it.

The texture is very light and, although it has a certain viscosity degree, when you handle it it looks more liquid, so you have to be careful when putting it in your hands as it can drain easily.

Al esparcirlo en la piel, por un momento se ve con brillo y queda un tanto húmeda. Se absorbe rápidamente y la piel se ve suave y tersa.

When spreading it on the skin, for a moment it looks shiny and stays a little wet. It is absorbed quickly and the skin looks soft and smooth.

¡El olor es riquísimo! ヾ(＠⌒▽⌒＠)ﾉ Si has probado el té verde lo reconocerás al momento. Al menos yo que soy fanática del té verde lo amo demasiado, y queda en la piel después de un buen rato. Procuro utilizar esta loción en intervalos de 2-3 días, porque he visto que se gasta demasiado rápido si se utiliza en todo el cuerpo. La uso después de bañarme y especialmente cuando hago exfoliación corporal, ya que siento que mi cuerpo queda más seco y necesita hidratación. Con dos bombeos completos tengo suficiente para brazos y piernas, y un bombeo más para el resto del cuerpo.

Pero debo hacer una observación: A pesar de que su principal ingrediente es el extracto de hoja de Camellia sinensis y en teoría debería aportar mayor humectación, lo cierto es que a mí no me humecta la piel durante tanto tiempo ಥ_ಥ. Las primeras 2 horas la piel se siente llenita y sin sensación reseca, pero después de este tiempo se comienza a sentir la piel nuevamente seca. Además deja en la piel una sensación áspera muy extraña conforme pasa el tiempo, ¿alguna vez han despegado una calcomanía (pegatina) de alguna superficie y han pasado los dedos? Bueno, algo parecido. La piel no se siente suave e incluso si lo rozas con las yemas de tus dedos la sensación se percibe en ellos también. Quizás a una piel muy seca como la mía no le venga bien, porque al buscar más humectación se requerirá aplicar más loción y eso implica que se gastará más rápido y la molesta sensación áspera una vez que se absorba, ¿cuál es el punto entonces? ┐(‘～`；)┌


The smell is delicious!ヾ(＠⌒▽⌒＠)ﾉ If you tried the green tea before you'll recognize it immediately. At least since I am a green tea fan I love it too much, and it stays on the skin after a long time. I try to use this lotion at intervals of 2-3 days, because I have seen that it's spent too quickly if it's used throughout the body. I use it after bathing and especially when I do body exfoliation, since I feel that my body is drier and needs more hydration. With two full pumps I have enough for arms and legs, and one more pump for the rest of the body.

But I must do an observation: Although its main ingredient is the Camellia sinensis leaf extract and in theory it should provide more moisture, the truth is that my skin don't get moisturized for so long ಥ_ಥ. The first 2 hours the skin feels full and without dry sensation, but after this time it begins to feel dry again. Also leaves on the skin a very strange rough sensation as time goes by, have you ever taken off a sticker from some surface and passed your fingers on that surface? Well, something similar happens here. The skin doesn't feel soft and even if you rub it with the tips of your fingers, the sensation'll be in them too. Maybe a very dry skin like mine doesn't come well this lotion, because when you'll be looking for more moisture, you'll be applying more lotion and that implies that it'll ends faster and therefore the annoying rough feeling once it is absorbed, what is the point then? ┐(‘～`；)┌

No sabría decirles sobre su eficacia en cuanto a su poder antioxidante, lo cierto es que sentía que preparaba la piel para un paso más (aplicar algún aceite o algo parecido), pero sólo aplicaba la loción y nada más.


I couldn't tell you about its effectiveness in terms of its antioxidant power, the truth is that I felt that this lotion prepares the skin for one more step (apply some oil or something similar), but I only applied the lotion and nothing else.

Pese a que Innisfree es una de mis marcas favoritas, siento que no repetiría esta loción corporal. Me encanta la textura, el aroma, la cantidad y el precio, pero deja mucho que desear en cuanto a humectación y a esa sensación extraña que deja luego de un tiempo. Quizás es común en las lociones corporales, pero es que mi piel no se acostumbra a esa sensación ni a quedarse seca en tan poco tiempo y menos aún cuando la loción promete eso con su ingrediente estrella (´ヘ｀().


Although Innisfree is one of my favorite brands, I feel that I wouldn't repeat this body lotion. I love the texture, the aroma, the quantity and the price, but it's really low in terms of moisture and that strange sensation that it leaves on skin after a while. Perhaps it's common in body lotions, but my skin doesn't get used to that sensation or to stay dry in such a short time and even less when the lotion promises that with its main ingredient (´ヘ｀().
