El bálsamo de limpieza se encuentra en un contenedor de plástico, y viene en una caja de cartón con impresiones en inglés y en coreano.

The cleansing balm comes in a plastic container, and comes in a cardboard box printed in English and Korean.

La caja del empaque viene en tonalidades negras, blancas, grises y rosas. Tiene un aspecto parecido al mármol (sacaré mi lado gordo y les diré que la textura me recuerda mucho al panqué marmoleado XD). En la parte frontal viene escrito el nombre del bálsamo de limpieza y la cantidad que contiene. Me dio curiosidad buscar traducción para el nombre en Google y al parecer "Wegstehlen" es una palabra alemana que significa algo parecido a "escabullirse" (si alguien pudiera confirmarme este dato, se lo agradecería mucho ♥). 

The packaging box comes in black, white, gray and pink tones. It looks similar to marble (I'll take outside my fat side and tell you that the texture reminds me a lot of marbled sweet bread XD). On the front is written the name of the cleansing balm and the amount it contains. I was curious to find a translation for the name in Google and apparently "Wegstehlen" is a German word that means something like "sneak off" (if someone could confirm this information, I would appreciate it a lot ♥).

En la parte lateral izquierda, vienen impresos en coreano la lista de ingredientes y las precauciones (como consultar a un especialista ante reacciones secundarias, no usarlo en heridas o piel dañada, no dejarlo al alcance de los niños, mantenerlo alejado de la luz directa del sol, y si entra en los ojos enjuagar inmediatamente).

En la parte lateral izquierda, vienen impresos en coreano el nombre del producto, una pequeña descripción, el modo de uso, cantidad y página oficial de la marca.

La parte superior tiene una calcomanía con las letras de la marca y una frase en coreano, que indica "después de abierto, no se puede regresar o cambiar".

Este bálsamo contiene una cuchara blanca pequeña (de unos 5 cm de largo), con la que se puede tomar el producto para no ensuciarnos los dedos ni contaminarlo. Agradezco muchísimo esto, porque así se puede dosificar la cantidad que vas a usar, ¡además de que es adorable!

This cleansing balm contains a small white spoon (about 5 cm long), which you can take the product without mess up your fingers or contaminate it. I appreciate this very much, because you can dose the amount you're going to use, plus it's adorable!

The back part of the cleansing balm is printed in Korean, and contains a brief description of the product, how to use, quantity of the product and company that made it.

En la parte inferior del contenedor, se puede ver impreso en coreano el nombre del producto, la cantidad, el nombre de la empresa, el lote de fabricación y la fecha de caducidad.

In the lower part of the container, you can see the name of the product, the quantity, the name of the company, the manufacturing lot and the expiration date printed in Korean.

Al abrir el envase, podemos ver una delgada tapa que cubre al bálsamo limpiador de agentes externos.

TIP: Cuando laves el producto con agua, puedes masajear una vez más con agua y sentirás tu piel más suave y limpia.

TIP: When you wash the product with water, you can massage one more with water and you'll find your skin more smooth and cleansed more clearly.

Cuando leí la descripción de este producto donde prometía limpieza de puntos negros, me entró la curiosidad por probarlo y gracias a Jolse pude hacerlo. Mirando la lista de ingredientes, el primero (y por ende, el que viene en mayor cantidad) es el aceite mineral. Pese a que son pocas las probabilidades de que sea un agente comedogénico, hay que limpiarlo bien para no promover el exceso de aceite en el rostro. Es conocido también por ser un agente oclusivo, es decir que evita que la piel pierda agua rápidamente. Y de igual forma, si no se remueve bien, podría generar problemas para que los siguientes elementos de tu rutina no se absorban adecuadamente (ya que es preferible dejar el aceite mineral como último paso para "sellar" los pasos anteriores). Los ingredientes que siguen son emolientes y surfactantes, entre los que encontramos a la cera de abeja, que podría ser un poco pesada para piel grasa. Y en los últimos lugares podemos encontrar el tocoferol como agente antioxidante y varios aceites como el de palo de rosa, lavanda, toronja/pomelo y menta. Estos aceites podrían generar reacciones en piel sensible, y aunque vienen en los últimos lugares de la lista de ingredientes, hay que tener cuidado al usarlo. Con todos estos ingredientes, me parece que queda establecido que hay que removerlo lo mejor posible para evitar problemas o reacciones adversas (◕︵◕). 

Al ver el bálsamo limpiador por primera vez, pareciera que tiene una textura bastante rígida y comprimida. Pero cuando lo tomas con la espátula, se siente suave y maleable. Cuando ya entra en contacto con el calor de tus dedos, se derrite fácilmente y queda un aceite de aspecto ligero. 

El aroma es suave,  aunque para mí se percibe más el aroma de "madera" que el "floral". Yo percibo un aroma más herbal mezclado con madera y almendras, pero de cualquier forma el olor es suave y no es molesto. Al enjuagar, se percibe un ligero aroma a menta.

When I read the description of this product where it promised to clean blackheads, I was curious to try it and thanks to Jolse I was able to do it. Looking at the list of ingredients, the first (and therefore, the one that comes in greater quantity) is mineral oil. Although there is little chance of it being a comedogenic agent, it must be cleaned well so you won't promote excess oil on your face. It is also known to be an occlusive agent, that is, it prevents the skin from losing water quickly. And in the same way, if it is not removed well, it could generate problems so that the following elements of your routine won't be absorbed properly (since it's preferable to leave the mineral oil as the last step to "seal" the previous steps). The ingredients that follow are emollients and surfactants, among which we find beeswax, which could be a bit heavy for oily skin. And in the last places we can find tocopherol as an antioxidant agent and several oils such as rosewood, lavender, grapefruit and mint. These oils could generate reactions on sensitive skin, and although they come in the last places of the list of ingredients, you have to be careful when using it. With all these ingredients, I think it's established that you have to remove it as best as possible to avoid problems or adverse reactions (◕︵◕).

When you see the cleansing balm for the first time, it looks like it has a fairly stiff and compressed texture. But when you take it with the spatula, it feels soft and malleable. When it comes into contact with the heat of your fingers, it melts easily and a light-looking oil remains.

The fragance is soft, although for me, the "wood" aroma is more perceived than "floral". I perceive a more herbal scent mixed with  wood and almonds, but in any case the smell is soft and it isn't annoying. When rinsing, you can perceive a slight peppermint scent.

En cuanto al uso del producto, comparto cierto desencanto con muchas reseñadoras sobre este bálsamo limpiador. Estuve platicando con Anny en Instagram, ella también recibió el producto y tiene el mismo inconveniente que yo: este bálsamo es muy muy difícil de retirar. No importa cuántas veces te enjagues con agua fría o tibia, siempre queda una capa aceitosa molesta en la cara. Y estoy de acuerdo en que para eso se utiliza el limpiador acuoso (por eso lo de doble limpieza), pero es algo molesto tener esa capa gruesa mientras buscas el limpiador para retirarla. Ambas hemos tenido que usar otras herramientas como esponjas o toallitas desmaquillantes (en su caso) para remover este exceso molesto, porque aún después de enjuagar con el limpiador acuoso se sigue sintiendo. Me he dado cuenta que cuando no enjuago bien este limpiador, me salen brotes más fácilmente en el área de la quijada y la frente ಠ,ಥ.

As for the use of the product, I share a certain disenchantment with many reviewers on this cleansing balm. I was chatting with Anny on Instagram, she also received the product and has the same problem as me: this balm is very difficult to remove. No matter how many times you rinse with cold or lukewarm water, there is always an oily, annoying cast on your face. And I agree that this is why the aqueous cleanser is used (that's why double-cleansing), but it's kind of annoying to have that thick layer while you're looking for the second cleanser to remove it. Both of us had to use other tools such as sponges or cleansing wipes (in her case) to remove this annoying excess, because even after rinsing with the aqueous cleanser you can still feel it. I have noticed that when I don't rinse this cleanser properly, breakouts appear more easily in the jaw and forehead areas ಠ,ಥ. 

En cuanto a limpieza de poros, no puedo decirles en concreto si cumple totalmente. Como a mí me cuesta removerlo, necesito usar otros utensilios que probablemente ayuden a limpiar la superficie de los poros, pues al final se ven más limpios. De igual forma con el nivel del sebo, ya que mi piel queda un tanto oleosa después del enjuague.

Respecto a la limpieza y remoción de puntos negros, no creo que sea específicamente para eso. En primer lugar, porque es bastante difíciles de remover, y en segundo lugar porque estaríamos hablando de una exfoliación física, la cual no remueve puntos negros por completo (sólo la parte superficial que nosotros apreciamos a simple vista) y el bálsamo no está destinado a exfoliar, sino a limpiar el rostro. Pienso que quizás con lo de "limpieza de puntos negros" podrían referirse a que al aplicarlo genera cierto calor que puede ablandar el sebo de los poros y esto pueda ayudar a un exfoliante para removerlos. 

Por mi parte, yo no he visto grandes cambios con los puntos negros en mi mandíbula y en mi nariz (que es donde tengo mayor cantidad regularmente), probablemente este producto sirva como un preparador y no como un exfoliante.

As for pore cleansing, I can't tell you specifically if it fully complies. As it's hard to remove it, I need to use other tools that probably help to clean the surface of the pores, because in the end they look cleaner. Similarly with the level of sebum, since my skin feels a bit oily after rinsing.

Regarding the cleaning and removal of blackheads, I don't think it's specifically for that. First, because it's quite difficult to remove the cleansing balm, and secondly because we would be talking about a physical exfoliation, which doesn't remove blackheads completely (just the superficial part that we appreciate at a glance) and the balm is not intended for exfoliate, but to cleanse the face. I think that perhaps with the "blackheads cleansing" could refer to that when applied generates a certain heat that could soften the sebum of the pores and this can help an exfoliant to remove them.

In my experience, I haven't seen big changes with the blackheads in my jaw and my nose (which is where I have more regularly), probably this product serves as a preparer and not as an exfoliant.
