Haciendo repaso de algunos temas que quería incorporar en el blog, me di cuenta de que hacía bastante tiempo que no subía reseñas de maquillaje (imagínense que la última reseña de maquillaje fue de hace un año y medio ya, ¡año y medio!), así que me pareció buena idea compartirles mi experiencia con este producto. Y es que si les soy sincera, caí nuevamente en las dulces mieles de los empaques adorables y compré este producto por pura nostalgia. ¿Recuerdan esos borradores intercambiables de muchos colores que se utilizaban en la primaria? Yo soy muy fan de ellos y cuando vi estos mini labiales sentí el flechazo de nuevo y los compré. ¡Ah sí! Porque este producto no es sólo uno, son cuatro pequeñines que ofrecen diversas tonalidades de color. ¿Se animan a ver los swatches? 😙

And if I'm honest with you, the adorable packaging attacked my wallet and at the end I bought this product just for nostalgia. Do you remember those pop up erasers of many colors that we used to buy for elementary school? I'm a big fan of them and when I saw these little lipsticks I felt in love again and I bought them. El empaque es muy parecido a los de los borradores intercambiables que les había comentado al principio de esta reseña. Tiene una base de cartón y un plástico grueso que cubre totalmente el producto, pero que se puede retirar fácilmente deslizándolo. El empaque tiene tonos rojos y blancos, con el nombre impreso en inglés y toda la información restante impresa en coreano. En la base del cartón rojo, hay una calcomanía transparente que sirve como sello de verificación de que el empaque es nuevo, además de que viene impresa la fecha de expiración.


The packaging is very similar to the pop up erasers that I mentioned at the beginning of this review. It has a cardboard base and a thick plastic that completely covers the product, but it can be easily removed by sliding it. The packaging has red and white tones, with the name printed in English and all the remaining information printed in Korean. At the base of the red cardboard, there is a transparent sticker that serves as a verification stamp that the packaging is new, in addition to the expiration date printed on it.

El envase de producto es, en apariencia, un único cilindro de diversas tonalidades rosas/rojizas. Pero al retirarlo del empaque de plástico, se puede apreciar que son 4 mini labiales ordenados del tono más claro al más oscuro. Hay que tener cuidado al retirar el envase cilíndrico porque los mini labiales no vienen "cerrados" por completo, sino que vienen superpuestos y hay que girarlos para poder cerrarlos completamente y dejar el empaque bien fijo. El empaque tiene además una tapa, con un precioso corazón en la parte superior. Sólo uno de los labiales contiene un poco de información sobre el producto, como el nombre de información y la marca impresos tanto en inglés como en coreano. La fecha de expiración está impresa en otro de los labiales.

Hace mucho tiempo tenía ganas de probar productos de esta marca, aunque no estaba muy segura por cuál de todos comenzar. Así que aproveché que Jolse bb estaba con algunos descuentos en su página y me decidí por estos preciosos labiales debido a su empaque tan peculiar, al acabado mate que prometían y a que no eran tan grandes como otros productos, pues me cuesta muchísimo terminar cosas de maquillaje antes de que les llegue su hora.

Tengo que decir que con este producto muchas cosas no son lo que parecen 🤭 (tanto para bien, como para mal). Frecuentemente cuando compras labiales o tintas labiales, siempre hay problemas por los swatches que ofrece la marca porque resulta que no se parecen mucho y cambian totalmente el cómo lo utilizas y lo disfrutas cuando lo tienes en tus manos. En este caso y a como puedo percibirlo, los tonos son similares a los swatches que I'm Meme ofrece en su anuncio del producto, hasta podría decir que se aprecian más intensos una vez que se aplican, y el acabado mate es muy suave y hace lucir los labios rellenos. El aplicador, aunque parece que es rígido, es muy suave y se desliza rápido y fácil sobre los labios. Y con una sola capa aplicada se puede apreciar un tono bastante intenso y muy cremoso (realmente la aplicación se realiza como si estuvieras dibujando con un crayón). Conforme lo vas aplicando, puedes sentir un aroma suave como a fresas/frutillas, que no es nada pesado y que va desapareciendo con el tiempo (para los que me leen de México, huele bastante similar al olor de las Picafresas. ¡Oh! Dulces Picafresas 😝).

Aunque su textura es suave y cremosa y contienen emolientes e ingredientes como el extracto de miel, siento que no proporcionan una humectación intensa como yo esperaría. Aunado al hecho de que pueden llegar a resaltar las "cascaritas" o "pellejitos" que suelen verse en los labios cuando están resecos y/o no se han exfoliado, así que ténganlo en mente también.

La versión #001 Red On My Lips está compuesta de 4 colores: Warm Red, Wishful Red, Classic Red e Intense Red.

• Warm Red. Es el más claro de todos los tonos, es como un rosa pálido con muy ligeros tintes rojizos.
• Wishful Red. Es el primer tono rojo de todo el crayón, que tiene en su composición tonalidades cálidas como amarillas/naranjas.
• Classic Red. Es el segundo tono rojo y es un rojo vibrante un poco más oscuro (pienso que es un tono que he visto en muchísimos labiales rojos, de ahí el nombre de "clásico").
• Intense Red. Es el último tono rojo y es el más oscuro de todos. Tiene algunas tonalidades cafés.

Los siguientes swatches los tomé en diferentes tipos de luz, espero que se pueda apreciar el tono de cada uno de los labiales 😵.

It's been a long time since I wanted to try products of this brand, although I wasn't sure which one to start with. So I took advantage of that Jolse bae was with some discounts on their page and I decided to buy these beautiful lipsticks because of their very peculiar packaging, the matte finish that they promised and the fact that they weren't as big as other products, because it takes a lot of time to me to finish makeup stuff before their expiration time comes.

I must say that many things are not what they seem with this product 🤭 (both for good and for bad things). Often when you buy lipsticks or liptints, there are always problems with the swatches offered by the brand because they don't look very alike and totally change how you use it and enjoy it when you have it in your hands. In this case, as I can see, the tones are similar to the swatches that I'm Meme brand offers in their product advertisement, I could even say that they are more intense once they are applied, and the matte finish is very soft and makes wear full lips The applicator, although it seems to be rigid, is very soft and slides quickly and easily over the lips. And with a single layer applied you can see a very intense and creamy tone (the application is really made as if you were drawing with a crayon). As you apply it, you can feel a soft aroma like strawberries, which really soft and disappears over time.

Although its texture is smooth and creamy and contains emollients and ingredients such as honey extract, I feel that they don't provide intense humectation as I'd expect. Coupled with the fact that they can make it more noticeable the "husks" or "chapped lips" that are usually seen on the lips when they are dry or have not been exfoliated, so keep that in mind as well.

The version # 001 Red On My Lips is composed of 4 colors: Warm Red, Wishful Red, Classic Red and Intense Red. 

• Warm Red. It is the lighest of all shades, it's like a pale pink with very light reddish tints.
• Wishful Red. It's the first red tone of the whole crayon, which has in its composition warm tones like yellow / orange.
• Classic Red. It's the second red tone and it's a vibrant red a little darker (I think it's a tone I've seen in a lot of red lipsticks, hence the name "classic").
• Intense Red. It's the last red tone and it is the darkest of all. It has some brown tones.

I take photos from swatches in different light type, I hope you can appreciate the tone of each lipstick 😵. 

Y ya para terminar, quiero compartirles algunas observaciones que pude realizar conforme los estuve probando. Aunque la aplicación es suave y muy rápida, es importante decir que aplicar el producto en las comisuras de los labios es todo un desafío. Como el aplicador de estos labiales es prácticamente redondo, no hay una punta fina que se pueda utilizar para colorear esta parte tan afilada de la boca. Así que hay que hacerlo con cuidado para evitar manchar de más.

Y como el color es muy cremoso, puede manchar el rostro o las manos fácilmente. Yo he tenido problemas sobre todo manchando los envases de los otros labiales, ya que al apilarse uno sobre otro pueden manchar la base y al retirar uno de ellos puedes terminar haciendo un enchastre antes de aplicar el labial 😝. Esto sin contar que los labiales pueden perder fácilmente su forma si aplicas en tus labios con demasiada presión o si por error colocas un labial sobre otro (se pueden cortar como mantequilla con el borde de otro labial, literal XD).

Y aunque los tonos son muy bonitos y el color es muy cremoso, no duran mucho tiempo una vez aplicados. Se desvanecen rápidamente, especialmente si los expones a situaciones "pesadas" como comer, beber o besar frecuentemente. Dejan una ligera capa de tono, aunque no es tan marcada y pueden quedar "parches" del color del labial haciendo que los labios se vean pintos. Transfieren fácilmente y hay que reaplicarlos constantemente para recuperar el color vibrante que tienen la primera vez que los aplicas.

And to finish this entry, I want to share some observations that I could make as long I was testing them. Although the application is smooth and very fast, it is important to say that applying the product at the corners of the lips is a challenge. As the applicator of these labials is practically round, there is no fine tip that can be used to color this sharp part of the mouth. So you have to do it carefully to avoid staining more.

And since the color is very creamy, it can easily stain the face or hands. I've had problems especially staining the containers of the other lipsticks, because when you'restacking one on top of another they can stain the base and when you remove one of them to apply it on your lips, you can end up making a mess before applying it 😝. Not to mention that lipsticks applicators can easily lose their shape if you apply to your lips with too much pressure or if you mistakenly place one lipstick on top of another (they can be cut like butter with the edge of another lipstick, literal XD).

And although the tones are very beautiful and the color is very creamy, they don't last long once applied. They fade quickly, especially if you expose them to "heavy" situations such as eating, drinking or kissing frequently. They leave a slight layer of tone, although it is not as marked and can leave "patches" of the color of the lipstick making the lips look with two-tone. They transfer easily and you have to reapply them constantly to recover the vibrant color they have the first time you apply them.

¿Qué les han parecido estos labiales? ¿Valdrá la pena comprarlos? Por ahora, yo estoy muy entretenida aprendiendo a usarlos y a intercambiar tonos para utilizarlos. What are your toughts on these lipsticks? Will it be worth buying them? For now, I'm very entertained learning to use them and exchanging tones to use them. The reapplication still has me in problems, but I'm not going to die if I learn to use them as it should XD I liked a lot to go back to write makeup reviews, so I probably bring some more within the next few weeks because I bought a few more and I still hope that customs will release them 😐 So I hope to bring them soon.
